Kudos from ZF Friedrichshafen

Automotive supplier ZF Friedrichshafen has honored TDK with its Supplier Award 2016 in the category Global Presence. The award is presented in recognition of successful collaboration around the globe.

TDK supplies a whole series of components to TRW Automotive, a ZF subsidiary which the Friedrichshafen-based company acquired in 2015. They include aluminum electrolytic capacitors, inductors and transformers, MLCCs and varistors, all of which are fitted in controllers for ABS systems, airbags, steering and energy conversion.

One of the largest Germany-based automotive suppliers, ZF is a global leader in driveline and chassis technology as well as active and passive safety technology with roughly 230 sites in around 40 countries.
